The Pinnacle Powerhouse
Tom is the founder of Pinnacle. He is an avid Mountaineer with experience working for large corporates in the Sustainability space, holding IEMA certification and on a mission to transform the outdoor industry.
Tom Peacock

Alison lives in the Scottish Highlands & holds a MSc in mountain sustainability. She has multiple published thesis papers on sustainable tourism and is passionate about protecting the outdoors.

Michael is our award winning producer, specialising in mountain films and has had his work showcased at COP summits. His role is to tell the stories of our clients better business transformations.
